NVIDIA says that the GeForce GTX 275 will be available for purchase by consumers on April 14th, and that they will cost $249 when they hit the shelves. So there you have it: AMD/ATI, the company that practically invented the paper launch is delivering product almost two weeks before NVIDIA, the company who endlessly poked fun at them about it, even though they are both being "launched" on the same day.

RV790 scales like no other ATI GPU we’ve seen; when ATI told us that 1.0GHz was reachable with 4890, we thought they were referring to a card with exotic cooling or some one-off sample they’d scrounged up in the labs, but we now have no doubt that its achievable with the stock ATI cooler – we didn’t even have to manually crank up the fan speeds in order to hit 1GHz either! In hindsight, it looks like ATI could have introduced an even more extreme 4890 SKU, but it appears they plan to leave that up to their board partners.





In the head-to-head battle between Radeon 4890 and GeForce GTX 275, the 4890 manages to eke out ahead, but it’s definitely a close race.

Also, some icing on top of the cake is the Radeon HD 4890's tweakability. Looking at the GPU clock frequency, 850, 900, 950 perhaps even 1000 MHz on the core GPU clock is a possibility. It's exactly there where the product really starts to shine. The same can be said about the GDDR5 clock frequency, it's very tweakable and can be clocked a vast amount higher. If you clock it at 950 MHz on the core and 4400~4600 Mhz on the memory, the card will surpass GeForce GTX 285 performance.
With all the tweakage in mind, the Radeon HD 4890 will be a bit of a niche product for the really enthusiast gamers out there who just like to overclock and tweak a little. Well, since you are reading this article on Guru3D, that's pretty much means all of you hehe :)




The card at reference clocks viciously takes the 219 USD ~ 190 EUR GeForce GTX 260 as prisoner, even the SP216 model is no match whatsoever. All thanks to the faster clocks the 4890 offers, yet also to a tremendous heap of performance increases to be found in the latest Catalyst drivers

من كان يتخيل منافسة ال HD4890 1GB لل GTX285 والتفوق عليه أحياناً كثيرة ؟!:D







كسر سرعة الآن الى 1000 ميجاهيرتز سهل جداً ويعطي أداء مذهل مع كسر السرعة بسبب كفاءته وهذا يعني أن المستخدم سيشعر بفارق إطارات محسوس جداً مع كسر السرعة هذا

هذا الأداء مع تعاريف لازالت تجريبية..

أتوقع ان الكرت سيهزم 285GTX وسيزيحه عن المنافسة بعد تحسين التعاريف..

أخي الفاضل , 4890 موجه لمنافسة الكرت 285 و 275 وليس 260 ..
260 يقارن مع 4870 , مع ذلك النسخة 55nm 216\260 مكسورة السرعة توازي 4890 بمعظم الاختبارات .

نتائج الكرت ليست نهائية لتحكم عليها بهذا الشكل....يحتاج الى تعريف جديد من اي تي اي

ملحوظة أن الأختبارات ديه من Tomshardware يعنى موقع موثوق فيه

لو تلاحظون شباب اداء الكرت على منصة CF لم تعطي اداء كبير والسبب التعريف يحتاج الى تطوير :)
لكن مبدئيا اداء الكرت جدا رائع.

هذا الكرت اقوى من HD4870 X2 1GB بكثير!!!

يعني شي بديهي ان GTX 285 يكون اقوى من HD4890

أضف الى هذا الآتي:

1-لم يستخدم أي موقع ال 8XAA والتي ستظهر تفوقاً أكبر لل HD4890

2-الHD4890 متاح ان على مواقع الشراء بكميات كبيرة في حين انه على Newegg مثلاً لا يوجد أثر لما يسمى بال GTX275

3-تمت المراجعات بدرايفر قديم في حين أن الدرايفرات الجديدة تحسن الأداء كثيراً وأنا عندي درايفر جديد أتى مع الكارت ولو كان مواقع المراجعات طلبته مني لكنت أعطيتها اياه :D

ما أعجبني حقاً هو ما نحصل عليه نحن المستخدمين :

أداء مذهل بمعنى الكلمة ب 250 دولار :eek::eek::eek::eek:

بعد كسر السرعة
4890 يتفوق في 11 إختباراً من أصل 15 على 285GTX

لا داعي للتتويه واللف والدوران من الطرفين...

الكرت 285 لازال الأقوى ككرت أحادي النواة في الأوضاع الطبيعية، مع كسر السرعة تنقلب المعادلة لصالح 4890...
الفاصل في النهاية هو السعر وهو في صالح 4890 بعنف... وحتى فرق الأداء يمكن ألغائه بكسر السرعة.... إذاً nVidia في وضع صعب...

ولكل من يحاول إدخل 275 في المنافسة أقله إذا الأخ الكبير 285 ((كرتي القادم :( )) يهزمه 4890 مكسور السرعة فلا تعول كثيراً على الإصدار الأضعف..


للمعلومية أنا أقدر كروت nVidia لأنه ممكن الإستفادة منها في مجالات أخرى غير الألعاب والخرابيط... لذلك سأبقى معها في الفترة الحالية :)

أنا نفسي أضع السعر دائماً وسط المعادلة وفي يوم من الأيام وجدت ال GTX280 ب 200 دولار وكانت غلطة من موقع وكنت سأشتريه لولا انهم أصلحوا الخطأ :mad:

طرح 275 بمواصفات قريبة جدا ل 285 قلب الموازيين ....

وإن شاء الله سوف تتمكن من كسر سرعة ال 285 الى قريب ال 700 ميغا هرتز وتتجاوز ال 275 ...

وبالنسبة لانخفاض الاسعار فلن تتجاوز ال 320$ مما يعني 40$ ولا تنسى ان البطاقة 275 لم تتطرح حتى الان , وأنك ستضطر ان تنتظر وتنتظر ...

كل شخص يستطيع إختيار الكارت الذي يريده من هذه المرجعات بعد أن يعرف :

1-الألعاب التي سيلعبها
2-الإعدادات التي سيلعب عليها
3-الدقة التي تعمل عليها شاشته

مع الأخذ في الإعتبار الآتي :

1-كارت ال HD4890 متوفر في معظم المواقع بكميات كبيرة وبنسخ مختلفة

2-كارت ال GTX275 غير موجود على الإطلاق في أي موقع ولم يصدر حتى الآن للبيع بكميات

3-كارت ال GTX285 أغلى ب 100 دولار

بعد كسر السرعة
