لدي سؤال يتعلق بال Cisco ip communicator و أرجو الإجابة علية?

أولاً أود أن أرسل التحية العطرة الى كل أعضاء هذا المنتدى الحبيب , ولآكن أود أن أطرح سؤالين يتعلقان بال CIPC:-

1- عندما أريد أن أقوم بعمل Browsing Phone Directories وذالك من خلال زر ال Directories Button قإني لا أجد في القائمة ال Local Directory لولا حتى ال Local speed Dial مع العلم أني أستخدم CME عاى راوتر من نوع 3745 , ونحن نعلم أن ال Service Directory مفعلة بشكل تلقائي ,وبصراحة بحثت في الإنترنت ووجدت أن هناك الكثير من الآشخاص يعانون من هذة المشكلة, وأيضاً وأنا أبحث عن حل المشكلة وجدت ملف اسمه cmterm-IPComm-directorywizard.cop.sgn داخل مجلد ال CIPC-7.0.1 ولاكن من خلال قرائتي للHelp وجدت أن هذا الملف يتعلق بال Cisco unified call manager وليس بال Express.للذا فأرجو أن تجيبوني على هذا السؤال وبارك الله فيكم؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
2- هل هناك فرق بين ال CIPC والCIPC expess حيث وجدت مصطلح ال CIPc express على الإنتلرنت؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

اخواني وأحبائي , أود أن أخبركم أني وجدت حل هذة المشكلة , فأرجو أن تستفيدو منها كما حصل معي , أولاً المقطع المراد فهمة لحل هذة المشكلة هو:-

Why does the local directory or speed-dials only show up on some phones


I have sometimes seen the flash memory on a phone getting corrupted and not correctly rendering the Directory/Speed dial list on the phone correctly. This can remedied by checking the following things






Make sure your CME router time is correct and is synced to NTP. If it is not, CME will not correctly generate a new phone configuration file.

Go into telephony-service and type "create cnf-files" and then reboot the problematic phone.

If this does not work, go into telephony-service and change the user-locale to any other language,then reboot the problematic phone. Once the language has been changed, reset it back to english and reboot it again. This should successfully resolve the problem.
