and if i found 2.4 533bus 1024cash it will be ok or not

to have the most efficiency from the CPU with the BUS 800 you must use 2X what ever MB with DDR 400 Ram ,
,cause the CPU bandwidth is 6400
& the Single DDR 400 RAM is 3200 bandwidth
So 2X whatever MB with DDR 400 gives you the Full bandwidth of the CPU

The 2XW/E MB with DDR 333 is suitable for the BUS 533 CPU
