السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

أرسل اليكم أجمل واطيب الأمنيات الى أعضاء هذا المنتدى العملاق بأهلة , والحبيب على الكثير من زواره ,

إخواني أهل ال voice أود أن أسأل هل ال WMI يحتاج الى license و مع العلم أني قمت بتصيب cisco unity وقمت بعمل integration بينها وبين ال callManager Express , وتأكدت من ذالك و بالرغم من أني قمت بإضافة ال configuration بشكل صحيح وهو كالتالي:

لاكن المشكلة هو أنه اذا قام ال ephone 1 بالإتصال بال ephone 2 أو العكس فإنه يحوله بسرعه الى ال voicemail الخاص بة دون الإنتظار فترة ال timeout اذا لم يرد , وأيضا مع أني قمت بإضافة ال MWI في ال cisco unity و ال callmanager express كما هو ظاهر أمامكم , الا أنه لا أرى أي indecation على ال CIPC أو أي ip phone soft لكي تخبرني بأن هناك رسالة لي على voice mainbox الخاص بي , أرجو من الإخوة أن يساعدوني في حل هذة المشكلة , وأنا بنتظار مشاركتكم .......................................
