فيديو : مشكلة عند عمل Remote Shutdown ممكن المساعدة

اخوانى الكرام فى المنتدى

الجهاز الذى نريد أن نقوم بعمل remote shutdown له
IP 10.0.1.17

عند عمل ping يوجد connectivity بين الجهازين هذا الجهاز والجهاز الآخر

- عند عمل remote shutdown تحدث مشكلة

Access is denied.
Failed: 10.0.1.17


ما هذه المشكلة ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

ال user اللى هيعمل له shut down لازم يكون له user right اللى هو shut down the system و force shutdown from a remote system

السلام عليكم
اتبع الخطوات التالية وان شاء الله تحل المشكلة.
حاول تعمل remote control على Computer Management


1.
Open Computer Management.

2.
In the console tree, right-click Computer Management (remote) , and then click Properties.

3.
On the Advanced tab, click Startup and Recovery.

4.
Click Shut Down to open the Shut Down dialog box.

5.
Under Action, select the actions you want to perform on the computer to which you are connected.

6.
Under Force Apps Closed, select the circumstances under which you want to force applications to close when you shut down or restart the computer, and then click OK.
