how to connect remotely to the servers in work from my PC at home.Please help

Dear my freinds

i have four servers at my work . Domain controller, Exchange server, ISA server and VPN server and these servers are connected to Cisco Pix 501 firewall . I want to connect these servers remotely from my PC at home . how to make this .Please help

friest is this server take real ip or privet ip?
second you should sure and read the policy you added in the pix firewall is it prevent other ip from remote any server or no?
i think exchange server iave real ip ...just open your start menu (in home ) accessories , communication , remote disk top , then type real ip of the exchange server .....and press conect then tell us what's the message apper's ?
