additional or child or another domain in the same forset


dear all ,
i need you help to design this network.


we have headquarter (Dc-database server(sql)-application server(gp10.0))with domain xyz.local (100 users)and we have aleased line with 1 megabyte to abranch office (30 users)and we want the users in branch office to use db and run application which in headquarter .


what is the best solution to this case:
1- make additional dc in abranch.
2-make a child domain form xyz.local
3- make another domain in the same forset (which there is root trust exist).
4- any other solution.


we want this done with out affect the bandwidth of leased line

هتعمل additional dc فى ال ال branch الجديد بس اهم شىء انك تظبط ال sites لان عندك ال 1 mega connection ممكن يبقى issue وظبط terminal server عشان تخلى ال new branche clients access application in HQ

اولا شكرا على الاهتمام

ثانيا لو انا عملت addtional كده الاجهزة اللى فى branch لما تعمل login مش هتحتاج global cataloge اللى موجود على dc يعنى لازم يروح على الفرع الرئيسى ولا مش محتاج .

ثالثا terminal server مش بتحتاج license .

خلى ال DC الرئسيى والفرعى global catalog لان المفروض ام كل site يكون فيه GC

وبالنسبه لل license بتاع ال terminal service لو مفيش عندك terminal service license server ممكن تبقى تشيل ال service وتنزلها تانى كل 120 يوم
