i'm sorry to write in english but please try and help me

i've just installed phenom ii x4 955BE on my motherboard and i have 2GX2GB ram it should appear duel-channel but instead it appears (unganged mode) is that normal or this is a problem

if it is problem please tell me how to solve it

Ganged mode basically allows all the cores of the processor to see the whole lot of memory as one big block while unganged mode gives an equal but separate portion of memory to each core to play with.
Unganged is better for multitasking as each core has its own dedicated memory portion.
Ganged is better for games or other programs that will take a massive amount of memory while running as all cores can get easier access to the big memory file since the memory isn't portioned out.
Its up to you really, i have it ganged and sacrifice a tiny bit of boot up speed after log on to make sure my games are running optimally.

i think you can change that setting from the bios
however, as i've read online, it wouldn't make a whole lot of a difference

Don't worry , there is no problem at all
Memory modules work better under Unganged Mode , so just let it work without any changes.
Installing both modules in slots of the same color should make it work in Dual Channel mode .
Make sure they are both installed in either yellow or red memory slots in your motherboard
Download the latest version of CPU-Z

أنا طول عمرى اعرف ان Unganged Mode أحسن
لكن ليه و ازاى ما فكرتش أبحث الحقيقه
بس بعد ما قرات كلام حضرتك ... شكلى هاحولها Ganged
علشان الألعاب ....
و لصاحب الموضوع
يمكنك تغيير ذلك الخيار من البيوس
من
M.I.T. Tweaks
و بعدها
DRAM Timing
و هناك هتلاقى كلمه Unganged
دوس انتر و غيرها
