please i need help

hello brothers i have one question i would like to get answer here
i have netbook acer aspire one it has linux system and i would like to install windows xp of it but the problem is i can not boot from CD bec it dose not have internal CD ROOM and i can not use extrenal CD ROOM because i cannt boot from USB CD ROOM also i cannt boot from flash USB ( from BOIS there are no option to boot from CD or flash i just can boot from HD or network )
my question is there any way to install windows xp to the netbook

ya i am sure there are no option in bios, but i could do it by windows server 2003 but i have prepear other pc with win 2003

but it take long time

what did you mean by iso how can i use iso file if i cannt use CD please more explain ( if you like write of arabic language )
