I miss my CCNA certification

willcome to all , esspicially the staff of arab hardwarfe. I end the exam of ccna in 16 augest 2009, and passed in the same day.I had my account in cisco website which said that "abd allah finished the ccna certification".But untill now 15 jun 2010 i didn't get the hardcopy ccna certification from amrica by postal office.

whate do you suggest is problem
whate is sollution
how can i get hardcopy layout to proof i have ccna certification

Go to history tab of your account and see if it has shipped or mailed by cisco Fulfillment ,otherwise contact them

I Think You didn't Confirm the Address , so go to your Account and Verify the Address ..... Otherwise they will not Send anything until you verify it
