مشكلة فى Outlook

تحية طيبة على الاخوة المشرفين والاعضاء
انا عندى مشكلة فى شغلى وياريت اجد فيها حل
المشكلة تتحدد فى 2007outlook طبعا كل الى اشتغل على البرنامج ده يعرف ان ال E-mails كلها بتتخزن فى ملف واحد هوه outlook.pst المشكلة عندى ان الملف ده وصل حجمة ل 19 جيجا بيت وانا عارفان كده كتير فالبرنامج كلمابيفتح لازم يطلب scanpst وبعملة يوم كمان وبيطلب نفس الموضوع وبعملة س انا مش هعمل كده كل يومعلشان بياخد وقت طويل دى المشكلة
عندى شوية اسألة
1- هل الاوتلوك لية مساحة محدده المفروض انو مبيعديهاش ولا بياخد من مساحته من الدريف C
2-لو كانلية مساحة محدده بتصل الى كام جيجابيت

if windows in c partition so
C:\Documents and Settings\amr hassan\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
this is link for .pst file

you can change direction in tools options mail set up

اخي الكريم
افضل حل ليك انك تعمل personal folder علي الهاردديسك بتاعك و دايما تنقل كل الايميلات من الmailbox الي personal folder و دايما تحافظ ان حجم mailbox يكون صغير حتي تحصل علي افضل اداء و دائما يكون عندك سرعة في الارسال و الاستقبال . دي الطريقة اللي ممكن تعمل بيها personal folder

1- from Tools menu choose Account settings and then choose Data file
2- Click Add and then choose office outlook personal folder file and click OK .
3- choose the path that you will save the personal folder and then type the name of the personal folder that you want to appear in outlook .
then the personal folder that you create will appear in the outlook and you can create subfolders inside this folder to organize your emails .
Then copy the emails from your mailbox to the personal folder you create you will get best performance of outlook .

the MAX is 20 GB so try to archave to decrease the size
