السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

عندي مشكلة في ال Exchange 2003
السيرفس بتاعت information store دايما بتقع ((يعني Stopped))
وكل يوم بعملها start بشكل يدوي
يعني لما بقفل السرفر وافتحه بضطر أعملها start
حتى اني جربت أعمل schadual task عشانها منفعش
والتاسك مش بتعمل (run)

مع العلم اني لما سطبت الاكسشينج مخلتوش في ال C بارتشن خليتوه في بارتشن تاني
فهل حد عنده حل ... يا ريت يوضحه وشكرا للجميع

على فكرة يا اخي هذه المشكلة حدثت معي عند نقل الاكشينج من سيرفر الى اخر والسبب في ذلك تكون ان النسخة ليست ليسنز لحل هذه المشكلة قمت بعمل باتش فايل يشغل السيرفس كل ما تغلق وعلى فكرة هيا تغلق كل ساعة

قم بعمل باتش فايل لتشغيل السيرفيس وضعها على ال schedulls task ان تعمللها run كل دقيقة

هذا من خبرتي القليلة وبتمنى من الاساتذة والمحترفين مساعدتك بهذا الموضوع بشكل اكبر

Salamo alikom


it you can douple click in on service you want to restart
properties of service will appear
and then choose recovery
and make
first failur : restat service
service


and next failure restartr

and last failure restart computer if you want

أخي أحمد أنا جربتها قبل كده وكانت بتشتغل معايا لمدة كام يوم وبعد كده ترجع تقف تاني

try first to look to the size of database then see if there is enough space on the HD; its almost that the database large and no enough space to make exchange services to work normal...see and post reply

but there is enough space and that is the reason why i didn't make the database destination in C partition

try to post the following..information store size and the version of the windows and did you move the exchange log and data base before ?n

If your exchange is not SP2 then try to upgrade itto SP2 but do that carefully
and if its already SP2 try to look to this link and do it also carefully
