مشكله ظهور الشاشه الزرقاء وعمل ريستارت ارجو الافاده

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

لو سمحتوا انا عندى الجهاز كل ما اشغل لعبه الجهاز بيفصل بيجيب شاشه زرقا ويعمل ريستارت لوحده غيرت النسخه ولقيت نفس المشكله

ارجو الافاده لان المشكله دى خنقتنى

المهم السبب فى الشاشة الزرقاء عندك نقص ملفات فى الويندوز اللى انت مسطبة
الملف ده اسمة ntoskrnl.exe
الملف خاص بشاشات التوقف على ما اظن
الحل انك تشوف ويندوز نظيف تماما وتتأكد ان السى دى روم كفائتة كويسة
علشان يقدر ينسخ الملفات بالكامل
او جرب ويندوز7 وان شاء الله الموضوع يعدى بأمان

أهلا أخي nero

الشاشة تظهر لي بكل الحالات (مع الكسر وبدونه)

يعني حتى لو رجعت جميع إعدادات Catalyst Control Center للإفتراضية ماتزال المشكلة موجودة

ومواصفات جهازي هي نفسها الموجودة تحت اسمي

والشاشة الزرقاء تظهر لي عند التصفح أو عند اللعب ( العب Combat Arms ) وهي لعبة online

وبالنسبة للرام أنا والله شاك أن المشكلة منه لكن عملت فحص للرام بالأداة الموجودة بـ Windows 7 ولم تظهر مشاكل

وعلى فكرة أنا جربت نسخ ثانية للويندوز 32بت و 64بت والمشكلة مازالت قائمة مع العلم أنه مع الـ 64بت الاحظ أن الشاشة الزرقاء تظهر أكثر

هل قمت بالضغط على لارام للتاكد من سلامتها

لا ألعب سوى هذه اللعبة

ولكن كما ذكرت أن الشاشة الزرقاء تظهر حتى مع التصفح خاصة إذا فتحت عدة ألسنة 4 أو 5 بالمتصفح

طيب أخي قم بتحميل برنامج prime95 و hwmoniter ابحث عنهما في قسم كسر السرعة
وقم بتشغيلهما سويا واختر من البرايم smallftt واخبري ما سيحصل

وبالنسبة لتنظيف الريجستري أنا فعلاً أستخدم CCleaner وأيضاً أدوات التنظيف الموجودة ببرنامج Revo Uninstaller Pro 2.4.1

هالبرنامجين متوافقين مع الـ 64 بت .. أما باقي برامج تنظيف الريجستري فما تدعم 64 بت

استخدم ويندوز7 من فترة كبيرة وانا ما استعمل غير الكاسبر
وما كانت تحصل معى الا بسبب برنامج KeyScrambler
ان شاء الله راح بشوف وارد عليك
