in one week the publisher in call manager is down hardware , when i make fresh installation and add all data but i cant log on cisco contact center express

النسخه اللي موجودة من ال contact center هل هي UCCX 7؟
لو دي اللي موجوده فلازم برده تعمل fresh installation لل UCCX .

how can you make a fresh installation for UCCX and the publisher in call manager is down hardware
because the publisher has the reed/wright database so all the change you do didn't reflect in the call manager
