The performance is look great the power of fan is high to keep heat to cool down cpu quickly. By the way, if forgot to put fan controller. The fan are not run max speed, nice designs.

Editor’s comment:
The only things that are downsides to me both concern the fans. First is the lack of including 3-pin to 4-pin adapters particularly when you are using both fans. The second is the noise generated when the fans are set to high, it is noticeable. The flipside to that is the fans have built in speed controllers so you can adjust it to find the right fit for you.
Thermaltake has a great performing cooler with the Frio that performs up with the top of the heap that certainly deserves a look when considering a high performing cooling solution.

Editor’s comment:
Thermaltake‘s Frio is performing well enough to be compared to the market references and to get a gold award. Well built, with large compatibility and a rich bundle, the Frio is able to keep most powerful CPUs very cool. The biggest con is the huge noise when fans are at full speed, both fans going at a very high rpm. The noise is much higher than competitors’ but the Frio’s price is also less expensive. If you don‘t have the budget for the competitors’ or if you can support to manage the fan speed manually, no hesitation.”

A reasonable price tag combined with overclocking capabilities make the Thermaltake Frio quite an attractive cooler. Physically, it's a pretty large model, which may cause restrictions in some cases. That being said, I'm a fan of it's facade as well as it's design. Temperature results recorded were a few degrees higher than previous models, but in comparison with price, performs well.

Editor’s comment:
Thermaltake's Frio overall is an excellent cooler. The price is well within reason even for someone on a tight budget. It includes mounting hardware for use on any modern CPU socket including both AMD and Intel. With its unique new design coupled with five massive 8 mm heatpipes and two high CFM 120 mm fans the Frio performs just as good as it looks. As with past offerings from Thermaltake, both fans have separate speed adjustment knobs for fine tuning a balance between performance and noise levels to cater to any user's liking

The Frio is an excellent cooler and so far I haven't really touched on its best aspect, its price. At around £40, it provides performance that's on par or slightly trailing the best air coolers out there, and considering the inclusion of the two fans, the Frio looks more of a bargain.
