MY COPMUTER CAN'T READ NOR WRIHTS ARABIC ON MESSENGER (YAHOO AND MSN)ALSO ON WORD KNOWING THAT I ALREADY ENABLED READING ARABIC LANGUAGE ON THE WINDOWS XP
AND UNINSTALL THE GOOGLE SEARCH BAR
THE COMPUTER IS RUNNING ON WINXP HOME EDITION AND THE WORD PROCESSOR IS VERSION 7
CAN ANY ONE PLZ HELP ME?

Hi Lily
First of all this problem happend to me in my computer and
i fixed it, how ?
follow these steps and be sure:
- Uninstall the tow program (messenger yahoo and msn).
- Go to the Regional and language options and choose
Advanced for ( Language for unicode programs ) you must
choose Arabic(Saudi Arabia) and don't make rigth on
Defult user account settings.
- Then choose Languages, There are tow boxes
choose the first and make rigth only.
- Then return to the regional options and choose the country
that where you live,for example : Arabic ( Libya ).
- Supposed the location that it will be Libya too.
- Go to customize and go to the last bar (digit substitution) and make it (none)
Finally make apply and ok.
Note:
If it asked you do you want to restart your computer now say yes.
