GPU Technology Conference Shifts to Spring 2012 (https://news.nvidia.com:8080/t/160144/25001899/4362/0/)
GPU Technology Conference (GTC) will shift from this coming October to spring 2012. GTC 2010 was the second-largest supercomputing event of the year, reflecting a growing demand and interest in GPU computing. We have therefore decided to expand GTC’s geographic reach with a worldwide portfolio of events (https://news.nvidia.com:8080/t/160144/25001899/4362/0/) beginning this year. New locations include Beijing, Singapore, Taipei, Tel Aviv and Tokyo.
To better align our flagship North American GTC with our growing number of GTC regional events, as well as other events in the HPC calendar, we will establish GTC as an annual springtime event. We will use the Supercomputing Conference (SC) in the fall as a leading venue for advancing GPU computing, and firmly establish GTC as an annual fixture in the spring.
GTC has developed a great reputation for providing a truly unique environment for the entire GPU technology ecosystem and we’ll continue to bring together the world’s best and brightest minds working in computational research, HPC, and visualization.
