انضمت Nvidia ملحقا الى البرنامج الخاص بشركة imec و تم التعاون مع الشركتين بشكل رسمى و يضم البرنامج الجديد advanced scaling CMOS الذى يتركز فى تطوير الـNode الى 20nm و استخدام Tri Gate Transistors و Interconnection جديدة
