problem with pinging

i got problem with pinging with two routers i have,,

i have 2 routers are connected each other ( 1720 )

router A s1 connected to router B s0

after doing " sh ip int br " on router A

i thought this problem with clock rate but when i tried to put clock rate on each interface connected i got this message

so now what is the problem..

really i want solution to complete my next labs because all labs depend on what i do now...

I note that the protocol is down , so u have to use the command ( NO SHUT ) for each interface

or the configuration of IP addresses is not correctly .

last thing u should configure the clock rate only on DCE interface not on DTE interface , and here an example

bandwidth 64
clock rate 64000
