السلام عليكم ورحمة لله
ارجو منكم النصيحة السريعة لوجة الله
انا مشترى اللاب توب من يوم2-2 الى فات بقلنا حوالى 9 ايام والمفروض فى ضمان استبدال للهرد وير
الان الجهاز كان بيجيب شاشة زرقة بنفس النظام والشغل بتاع الاتش بى نفسها
غيرت النظام ونزلت التعريفات ونفس المشكلة
وانا جربت برنامج التست للهرد ومش كان فى اى مشاكل
وبخصوص التست للرامات البرنامج المذكور مش اشتغل معى
عملت من البردة نفسها فيها تست للرامات وجاب لى فى الاخر pass
