How to connect Cisco switch to my laptop

I want to connect cisco switch console to my laptop . I bring cable that convert Console to USB and install the driver of the cable but it give me that USB not recognized

The problem is solved . The problem in the converter . i bring cable USB to Serial and i connect it through my laptop and it is working .
