عندي مشكلة في ملف hal.dll حيث عطل دخل الجهار الى نظام التشغيل

عندي مشكلة ظهرةفي ويندو 2008 سيرفر 64 بيت
حيث المشكلة
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt


missing or corrupt file windows system32 hal.dll

expandعملت نسخ وتغير للملف عن طريق
ولم تحل المشكلة

الملف ده مفروض يبقي موجود في المسار ده C:\Windows\System32 حاول تنقله من اي جهاز شغال وتنسخه في نفس المسار هيشتغل معاك الويندوز
