انا عندى مشكلة فى اللاب بتاعى dell n5520
المشكلة تتلخص ان اللاب كل فترة بلقية بيرستر لوحدة وبيجيب شاشة زرقاء كان بيحصل على فترات متباعدة يعنى تقربيا كل 3 ايام انا كنت بقول عادى ممكن بسبب الوندز وخصوصا انى مغيرتش نسخة الوندز من ساعت لما اشتريتة من شهر 8 تقربيا بس امبارح عمل نفس المشكلة بس الزيادة بقى عمل صوت عالى كام ثانية كدا وبعدين ريست برضو جاب الشاشة الزرقاء انا مش بلحق اقراء اللى عليها بس اول كام كلمة physcal damage
ياريت لو حد عارف المشكلة دى يقولى اية سبابها علشان لو كدا اودية للتوكيل

مفيش شاشة زرقاء مفيش تهنيج كله تمام الحمد لله
أكيييييييد في موديلات بتبقي مغشوشة مثلا
انما مش كل أجهزة ديل خربانة مستحيل طبعا

مانا الجهاز معايا حلو برضو وبقالة حوالى 7 اشهر بس حكاية الشاشة دى بتظهر على فترات متباعدة يعنى تقربيا كل 3 او 4 ايام مرة

المشكله دى حصلت معايا لما كنت مسطب ويندوز 8 ع اللاب وانا عندى نفس اللاب 5520 وهو Bad pool header والمشكله دة كانت بسبب الانتى فيرس لانه مكنش موافق مع الويندوز وكان بيعمل ريستارت لوحده وبيعمل الصوت العالى دا لكن لما سطبت ويندوز 7 المشكله اتحلت ومظهرتش تانى اتمنى انى افدتك :)

اخى الكريم هذه المشكة موجودة ف كثير من اللابات الديل و بتتحل فى التوكيل و اطمن لانها مشكلة عند كثير من الناس و تم حلها فى الضمان بس مش معنى كدة ان الديل وحش ذى الناس ما بتقول

وثبت البرنامج على اللاب ودوس على Analyze وانزل الى أخر الصفحه فى البرنامج ليخبرك سبب الشاشه الزرقاء اييه ....

ياجماعة السلام عليكم أولا نفسى حد يجاوبنى بالله عليكم انا اشتريت دل 5520 كور5 والبائع قالى ان فيه كارت شاشة خارجى ولما وصلت لمكان ال اعرف منه معلومات لا اجد الا كارت داخلى انتل4000 فهل دل 5520 توجد منه انواع ليس بها كارت شاشة خارجى يعنى انا تغشيت والا ايه ياريت لو حد يعرف ازاى اعرف ان كارت الشاشة الخارجى موجود فى اللابتوب عندى ازاى اعرفه ياريت لو سمحتوا حد يرد على بسرعة وجزاكم الله خيرا

اعملي كليك يمين على Computer و اختاري Properties

و اختاري Device Manager هتلاقيها فوق على الشمال

هتلاقي Display adapters اضغطي عليها دبل كليك و شوفي هيظهرك كارتين (Intel و AMD) ولا كارت (Intel) بس.
