مشكلة غريبة فى جهاز علي الشبكة

السلام عليكم و رحمه الله

عندي مشكلة غريبة فى جهاز ظهرت من ايام , الجهاز Dell GX280 و مثبت عليه ويندوز 7 و مشير طابعة علي الدومين فى المكتب اللى فيه الجهاز , فيه ثلاث اجهزة تانية فى المكتب غير الجهاز ده بتطبع كويس و بدون مشاكل ,لكن الجهاز ده كل ما اضيف الطابعة يرفض و يقول ان الطابعة غير متوافرة , ايضا كلما حاولت عمل بنج من اي جهاز اخر علي هذا الجهاز لا يقبل , مع العلم انني استطيع من عليه عمل بنج لاي جهاز تاني فى الشبكة و النت شغال عليه من غير مشاكل , و فيه برنامج محاسبة بيستخدم التيرمنال سيرفس برضه شغال اوك , عمل الغاء تفعيل للفايرول ,شيلت الكاسبرسكي من عليه , نفس المشكلة , ايضا لما احاول اضيف طابعة اخري من مكتب تاني تضاف بدون مشاكل و لكن عند محاولة الطابعة تظهر ان الطابعة اوفلان مع انها شغالة اوك بدون مشاكل و الاجهزة التانية برضه بتطبع منها كويس , قلت يمكن المشكلة من الكابل جبت لاب و جرب عليه و كل حاجة شغال زي الفل مفيش مشاكل و بعمل بنج و بطبع من الطابعة عادي
قلت يمكن تعريف كارت الشبكة حدثته لاخر اصدارة برضه نفس المشكلة , بعد ده كله جربت اغير نسخة الويندوز و نسخة نسخة و يندوز 7 برو جديدة و برضه نفس الحوارات مفيش حاجة اتغيرت كما لو ان الجهاز ده فيه عفريت :)

There's an error on the switch where almost the problem from PORT in another VLAN.
Please check the following :
1- Using GUI or command line for switch may be the switch unable to see the PORT in the same VLAN in the network.
2- If this PORT belong to the same VLAN , make restart for this swich because may be there's an error found on the ARP protocol.
3- If the problem exist tel me what do you have exactly on the network if you have domain control or DNS service you are installed.
Almost you are facing an issue on the layer 2.

Check the troublshooting above and tel me if the problem still or not actually the problem not from this PC and when trying to add this printer on the network you should be add this printer by using IP address not name for the printer.

مشكور اخي الحبيب nabtt علي تفضلك بالرد الوافي , انا زهقت من الجهاز و كان معطل الشغل فغيرت الكيسة و الجديدة اشتغلت اوكي

If your change this PC and working properly , this is mean there's an error on NIC Card or Motherboad processing issue .
But it's working over internet that's mean the ARP protocol it's working fine , so the problem one of them :
-May be NIC card it's not installed properly where almost this error from it .
-The old PC MAC NIC card it's belong to another VLAN in the switch.


You technical so you must be know from where the error exactly.
