no internet access when i connect my laptop to LAN

hello guys

When i connect my laptop to my ccna voice lab using LAN Addapter i can't access the internet using the wireless addapter but if i disable the lan addapter the wireless addapter works and i can access the internet
I try to troubleshoot
i see no internet access and in the middle (reason) multiple network , i disable network discovery but still same issue.

I have cucm 8.6 running on the laptop

السلام عليكم اخي العزيز
اولا لا تقلق
لو انت عاوز تعمل Access للاب الخاص بيك بدون مشاكل حط IP and Subnet mask ومتحطش Gateway
او ممكن تعمل حاجه تانيه وهي عمليت الروتينج من خلال الWindows
وذلك من خلال الروت برنت ٌRoute Print , Route Add , Route Delete
