مشكلة في lan

السلام عليكم يوجد جهاز منزل عليه windows xp sp3 32bit - workgroup
وجهاز اخر نفس النظام

المشكلة :
أحاول الدخول من احدهما على الأخر فتظهر رسالة
Not accessible ask you system administrator

والجهاز الاخر يراه عادي ويدخل على الشيرنج - هذا الجهاز واخد ip عادي جدا ولكنه لا يرد عندما أقوم ببنج عليه

الجهازان يوجد لديهم authentication

فما المشكلة . الرجاء المساعدة وشكرا

if you access this computer by user : administrator , put password for this account
right click on my computer on the computer which you need to access it remotely and choose properties
choose remote and then add the user administrator to the authorized users to access this computer
