how can i enabled SNMP in Cisco router for used in "PRTG Network monitoring program"

snmp-server host 9.9.9.9 version 2c ARHW-COMMUNITY
snmp-server enable traps config linkdown linkup .....and so on

regarding the 1st command, notice that
9.9.9.9is the IP address of your nms
ARHW-COMMUNITY is the community string chosen by you


regarding the 2nd command, I would issue a question mark after snmp-server enable traps to display all available options
