السلام عليكم
صارت عندي مشكله شاشه الزرقاء تضهر عندما العب مثل باتل3 و باتل4 و باتمان اركام اورجن
عند العب اضغط shift+enter للخروج من لعبه تضهر لي شاشه زرقاء واحيانا حاسبه تجمد
وعند عمل ريستارت من زر ريستارت تضهر لي شاشه سوداء
مكتوب بها
Reboot and select proper boot device
or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key
عند ضغط اي زر تتكرر الجمله
واعمل رسيتارت من زر ريستارت هم كذلك لكن من اضغط زر shut down واشغل حاسبه يشتغل وندوز طبيعيا
وتكررت عندي هذة حاله 3 مرات
وحللت dmp فايل عن طريق برنامج windbg.exe
وجدت ملفين dmp و وقت كراش في نفس يوم

عملت test للرام لا توجد مشكله
