عندي كاميرا من نوع Mercury DULXUE CLASSIC CAM ولاكن لا يمكنني التصوير إلا من خلال طاقة البطاريات وهذه الكاميرا تستهلك الكثير من الطاقة وقد حملت البرنامج الذي على سي دي التعريف ولكن لا يوجد به تصوير فقد تظهر لي الصورة مباشرة فهل هناك طريقة للتصوير أو برنامج؟

Press the "Delete" button when the system booting up, set enable USB keyboard in BIOS setting, then re-boot the system again and check if it is ok.

Owing to the default setting of USB keyboard support is "by OS", there is no way to use the USB keyboard before getting into Windows. We suggest users change the setting of USB keyboard support from "by OS" to "by BIOS" whenever you need to use keyboard beyond Windows environment like these,

When you want to get into the RAID or SCSI BIOS for changing some settings
When you boot from a floppy disk for BIOS flashing
The change can be done by this way.

CMOS Setup Utility -> Integrated Peripherals -> USB Keyboard Support -> BIOS



6. How should I do when memory test fail?
Usually happens on memory error. Boot the machine with only one ram module, find the module that contains error.



7. Why the primary master/slave hard disk fail?
Please check the following setting first.

1. Check the connection between the cable and hard drive is correct.

2. The power source is connected to hard drive.

3. Check the jumper setting (Master or slave) of the hard drive is correct.

8. How Press to skip memory test when the system booting up?
Press ESC button from your keyboard to skip memory test.

If you didn't set the fast boot from BIOS setting, when machine boots up it will detect the hardware in your machine. If you don't want to wait for the hardware detection, you could press ESC to skip it or enable fast boot from BIOS setting.





9. When we should upgrade the system BIOS?

Please check the following setting first, if both is correct, then the drive may be have problem.

1. Check the cable that connected to the floppy drive and the motherboard.

2. Check the power cable that connected to the floppy drive.





14. How could I do when Hard disk(s) disagnosis fail?
It is usually occurs when hard drive failed. Please try to connect this hard drive to another computer and to see if the hard drive works or not. If the problem still occurs, the hard drive need to repair.

16. Does DMA33 Hard drive work with DMA66 controller?
Yes, DMA33 Hard drive can work with DMA66 controller. But the hard drive will work on the lowest transfer speed, so, it can't work in DMA66 transfer speed.

مصدر الطاقة الخارجي ممكن يكون محول ولكن عن الفتحة التي ذكرتها هل هي لتوصيل المحول ان كان ذلك فالحصول على محول سهل فقط تأكد من السالب والموجب في الفتحة والقوة المطلوبة للطاقة او الحصول على بطاريات قابلة للشحن من نوع النيكل
المشكلة ان الموقع لا يعطي اي تفاصيل اخرى عن المواصفات التقنية

ممكن تدلني عن اسم البطاريات القابلة للشحن واين اجدها وكيف اشحنها وكم مرة استطيع اعادة شحنها

قرأت عن الفتحة في الكاتلوج فطلع أن الفتحة Tripod Soket أي حامل للكاميرا.

هناك البطاريات NiMH القابلة للشحن والانواع الاكثر انتشارا في المنطقة السوني بقوة 1700 مع الشاحن تقريبا 90 ريال عند الوكيل وممكن شحنة الى 500 مرة تقريبا
وفي انواع ثانية موجودة في السوق امثال GP power bank مرات الشحن تصل الى 1000 مرة وانا استعملهم وممتازين جدا بس شريتهم من البحرين وما اعرف اين تتوفر عندكم بس هي اكيد متوفرة عند محلات الالكترونيات وخصوصا وكلاء الكاميرات
