مشكلة في الهاردسيك الخارجي؟

السلام عليكم

انا عندي مشكلة في الهاردسيك الخارجي

وهي إنو الجهاز ما يتعرف عليه ويطلع لي رسالة مكتوب فيها خطأ
في النظام

وجربت سويت له تهيئة لكن بدون فائدة

اتمنى تساعدوني

الويندوز دائماً فيه اخطاء زي هذي .

هل من ماي كمبيوتر ثم رايت كليك علي الهارديسك وتختار فورمات

وثم فورمات سريع ؟؟

I purchased an external Hard drive I/OMagic and had the same problem and when I wanted to read form another device I saw that it will not see it also and after further research about that I found out that windows xp is considering the external hard drive as internal Hard drive when the drive is biger than the C: driv. In My situationmy internal drive was 80GB while the external HDD was 350GB and after many many tryes I knew that this will not work and when I disconnected the external HDD and connet it again it had l this error. In my situation I saved a 40GB of data on it that I couldn't get then what I did is I purchased a software to recover my data and take the HDD to the people who sell it to me and told them about that so I returned the HDD and get my money back, now I realy don't recommend that you work with external HDD unless it is very good brand and these are expensive because the vendors of these HDDs is not considering the capabilities of windows and they will not provide techminall support if you call them..
