i am working on ma CCNP certification nowdays and to be more specific BSCI ...i'm using dynamips for trainig but the problem is

FRAME-RELAY
when i'm trying to configure aframe-relay some commands does not work at all & that makes me feel foolish ...some commands lik

like when i'm trying to configure subinterfaces and makes it piont or multi-point


ISDN
is the big problem for me

does not accept the BRI or the PRI Interfaces
when i put the spids which i get from my service provider
and configuring ISDN switch type

plz help

بص انا مش عارف بأمانه بس كل اللي ممكن اقولهولك تجرب الاوامر ديه علي router حقيقي في اي مكان زي مثلا اي مركز تعليمي
ولو حابب تبدع وتتأكد جرب البوسون وشوف
وكمان لاحظ ان فيه نوع جديد من الdynamips نزل جديد من المهندس الكبير العظيم mohamedsn

فجرب الجديد ولو فيه مشكله يبقي اكيد اللي يعرف حلها يا المهندس محمد يا لو مارك دول مليون الميه عارفين الحل وهما ناس مبيبخلوش علي اي طالب علم بشئ خالص

بأمانه اتمني اصل الي نصف ما هم فيه بل ربعه حتي والله بجد دول مثل اعلي في الاخلاق والاخلاص والتفاني في العمل من اجل الله ثم العلم من اجل الاخوه العرب
جرب اللي بقولك عليه وضع الاوامر يمكن حد يجربها علي اصدار تاني او علي ديناميكس تاني او اي او اس لروتر تاني فيمكن يكون المشكله في نوع الروتر نفسه بتاعك يعني في الاios بتاعك

أنا لست طبيب ولكن سأحاول ان أجيبك بعون الله.

أولاً: أنت لا تتمكن من عمل Sub Interface ؟؟ أولاً لابد من تحديد نوع Encapsulation على الإنترفيس الرئيسي. وبعدها تستطيع عمل أي Sub Interface وعمل الإعدادات الأخرى.

مثال:

R1(config)#int serial 1/0
R1(config-if)#encapsulation frame-relay
R1(config-if)#no ip add

R1(config-if)#int serial 1/0.1 point-to-point
____________ أو _____________

R1(config)#int serial 1/0.1 multipoint

R1(config-subif)#ip addr
R1(config-subif)#ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0


ثانياً: برنامج الدينامبس لا يوفر دعم للتدريب على تقنية ال ISDN .
