Microsoft have published the MCSA or MCSE on Windows Server 2003 with an expedited path to Windows Server 2008 certification. Below is the info and the link. We know that it is coming since they are retiring the MCSE exams for the windows 2000 path and windows 2000 upgrade to windows 2003 exams
