برجاء ذكر موديل المازربورد بالكامل
و ال Rev الخاص بها (ستجده مكتوب على الأستيكر الموجود بالعلبة أو ستجده مكتوب فى طرف المازربورد الأسفل ناحية الشمال )

وإذا كنت لا تستطيع الدخول على الويندوز بسبب الشاشة الزرقاء يمكنك الرجوع إلى اَخر أعدادات قام الويندوز بالدخول فيها بصورة طبيعية
عن طريق الضغط على زر F8 من الكيبورد قبل ظهور شاشة الأقلاع الخاصة بالويندوز ثم قم بأختيار Last Know Good Configuration

وإذا لم يدخل معك بعدها قم بالدخول على وضع ال Safe Mode وقم بحذف اَخر برامج ودريفرات قمت بتنصيبها على جهازك وخصوصاً البرامج التى تعمل تلقائياً أثناء عمل الويندوز

هل ظهرت معك شاشة زرقاء وحيدة أم أكثر من شاشة ؟ و متى ظهرت معك هذه الشاشة الزرقاء ؟

وهل مواصفات جهازك كما هى مذكورة تحت أسمك أم قمت بعمل أى تغييرات جديدة فى جهازك ؟

و ما هو مضاد الفيروسات الذى تستخدمه و إصداره ؟

تمام كدة عملت الواجب وزيادة عايز منك تعمل 3 حاجات تعملها

1 - المازربورد نزل منها أكثر من Rev ورقم ال Rev هتلاقيه مكتوب على الأستيكر الموجود على العلبة أو على طرف المازربورد (تحت ناحية الشمال)

2 - لو فيه أى جهاز عندك ركبته على جهازك قبل ما تحصل المشكلة فكه و أدخل على ال Safe Mode و أحذف تعريفه من ال control panel

لا تقلق أخى التحذير الذى ظهر يوضح بأنه كان هناك بعض القطاعات التالفة وتم تعيين بعض القطاعات الأحتياطية بدلاً منها عن طريق البرنامج تلقائياً والفحص الاَخر يوضح زوال المشكلة نهائياً

أريد منك فحص الرام كما هو مشروح بأول الموضوع و أريد منك إذا قمت بكسر سرعة المعالج سابقاً الرجوع إلى الأعدادات الأفتراضية

انا عملت فحص للرام بالبرنامج الخاص بالويندوز والنتيجه تمام وجربت ببرنامج mtest طلع في اكتر من error و بالنسبة للمعالج لم اقم بكسر سرعتة .

وبخصوص الهارد لما بعمل فحص تاني بيجيب بردو نفس الwarning ده عادي ولا
