قم بأرجاع الكارت لأن الشاشات الزرقاء ليست مؤشر جيد على سلامة الكارت.
ما هو الذى تتكلم عنه بالتفصيل ؟موضوع رائع انا كانت بتقابلنى المشكله دى دايما لغايه ما لقيت الحل والبرنامج لو عاوزين انقل لكم الموضوع بالصور وبصور الشاشه الزرقا وكل شاشه وكل كلام مكتوب فى كل شاشه ليه السبب والحل انا مستعد او اجبلكم رابط الموضوع ؟؟؟؟؟

ما زبط شيئ معي الي عرفته انه المشكل في هذا الملف dxgkrnl.sys ما فائد هذا الملف وكيف اصلحه؟!!!.......
المشكلة ليست فى الملف المشكلة بأن تعريف كارت الشاشة يتوقف عن العمل والحلول موجودة فى المشاركة التى أعطيتك رابطها سابقاً !
عل العموم لمشكلة ممكن أن تكون بسبب تعريف غير متوافق مع تعريف كارت الشاشة والحل هو تجربة الدخول على وضع ال Safe Mode وحذف اَخر تعريفات قم بتنصيبها لجهازك مؤخراً
أو قم بحذف برنامج مضاد الفيروسات أو أى برامج خاصة بتشغيل الأسطوانات الوهمية مثل Daemon tools وجرب أى برامج أخرى بدلاً منها
أو قم بالرجوع لأقرب نقطة كان يعمل بها جهازك بشكل سليم عن طريق أستخدام System Restore وأختيار أقرب تاريخ كان يعمل به جهازك بدون مشاكل
وقم بالرجوع للأعدادات الأفتراضية للبيوس.

يوجد ملف تالف من ملفات الويندوز ولحل هذه المشكلة قم بالدخول على وضع ال Safe Mode ثم أفتح قائمة Start ثم أكتب CMD وسيظهر لك CMD فى أعلى قائمة Start أضغط كليك يمين عليه ثم أختر Run As Administrator ثم وافق على الرسالة التالية ثم أكتب الأمر sfc /scannow وإذا ظهرت لك أى رسالة أثناء الفحص قم بأدخال أسطوانة الويندوز التى قمت بتحميل الويندوز بها على جهازك (ولا يمكنك أستخدام أى أسطوانة أخرى بديلة) ثم وافق لكى يتم أستبدال الملفات التالفة
وبرنامج ال AVG تسبب فى ظهور رسالة زرقاء سابقة فإذا تكرر ذلك قم بحذفه وحمل برنامج ال Avast
