هل قمت بإضافة جهاز جديد أو قمت بتحميل درايفر جديد على نظام التشغيل ؟
إذا كانت الأجابة نعم فما هو ؟
وإذا كانت الأجابة لا فهل كل الدرايفرات محدثة عندك و هل نظام التشغيل محدث ؟

هارد جديد اضافي كنت بأخذ منه شوية حاجات
بس للعلم أن المشكلة كانت بتحصل من قبل كتير بدون اضافة أي شئ
بس غالبا أو دائما بتحصل في لعبة ما أثناء تحيل مرحلة ما
أو بنقل أو أنسخ حاجات كتير مع بعض وأفتح النت مثلا وأحاول أفتح نوافذ كتير ممكن تحصل برضه
وأنا لغيت فكرة أن العيب من الباور لأنه غالبا بتحصل أثناء تحميل المرحلة وليس أثناء اللعب.
أنا ضغط علي المعالج وكارت الشاشة من قبل ولم يكن هناك مشكلة.
لذا أنا شاكك في الرام.

جرب أفحص الرام عن طريق برنامج MemTest للتأكد و ستجد لينك لتحميله وشرح مبسط له فى أول الموضوع

أنا ظننت أن الإختبار سيستمر حتي يصل 100% لكنه لم يتوقف فاضررت لإيقافه
أنا مازلت شاكك
لأني أحيانا بلعب لمدة طويلة بدون أي مشاكل حتي أثناء تحميل المراحل
لكنها أحيانا تحدث
بمعني أصح
هي ليست عادة.

ممكن ترفع صورة لدرجة الحرارة مع الضغط ببرنامج p95 ؟
و صورة أخرى لدرجة حرارة كارت الشاشة مع الضغط ببرنامج Furmark ؟

أنا عملت الاثنين والدرجات مظبوطة
بالنسبة لمعالج عملت ببرنامج EVEREST أخر اصدار علشان معنديش غيره
وأعتقد انه سيفي بالغرض



وبالنسبة لكارت الشاشة أنا عملته من زمان أول ما اشتريت الكارت
وكانت الحرارة لم تتعدي 75
أما في اللعب لا تتعدي 65
بس سمعت انه الرنامج ده خطر علي الكارت علشان كدة خايف أعمله تاني دلوقتي......

لا يوجد عندك أى مشكلة واضحة تأكد من أن ملفات ال Crash dump مفعلة حتى يستطيع البرنامج قرائتها عن طريق عمل الاَتى

كليك يمين على my computer ثم أختار properties ثم أدخل على Advanced System settings
ثم أدخل على إعدادات Startup and Recovery مثل ماهو موضح بالصورة

ثم تأكد من أن الأعدادات مثل الموضحة بالصورة أسفل
